Sustainability

Our attitude. Our statement.

We are a globally active family business. That's why we take responsibility. For our employees, customers and clients on site. For our suppliers and partners in the manufacturing countries. And for the environment, the climate and society. Since the company was founded in 1951, responsibility has been at the centre of our business activities. Even for the founder Eugen Bezner and his son Eberhard, one thing was always clear: only satisfied employees can manufacture high-quality products. This conviction still characterises us today - and remains the foundation of our success.

‘We Are the Third Generation to Take Responsibility for Everything We Do. In Doing so, We Focus on What Makes Us Successful: Our Employees, Our Product Range and Our Supply Chain.’

Our Sustainability Report

At OLYMP, we aim to communicate transparently. Since 2018, we have therefore been reporting regularly and comprehensively on our sustainability efforts and progress. You can view the sustainability reports for 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 here.

The new report for 2024 is aligned with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). This enables OLYMP to better compare its sustainability indicators and measures.

Three Pillars of Our Commitment

Sustainability is an integral part of our corporate strategy and is anchored in all business areas: in our products, in the company and in the supply chain. Because we are convinced that responsibility is only a value if you live up to it.
