OLYMP: Peter Hoever becomes a new member of the management board

Predecessor Kai Graf takes over as National Sales Manager at the fashion brand

OLYMP Bezner KG – from Bietigheim-Bissingen (Ludwigsburg district, Baden-Württemberg, Germany) – is making substantial changes to its company management. From 1 January 2026, Peter Hoever will join the new management quartet as Chief Sales Officer and will be responsible for overall sales. The previous managing director, Kai Graf, has decided for personal reasons to take on a new area of responsibility as National Head of Wholesale.

Mark Bezner, owner and CEO of OLYMP Bezner KG, explains: “Peter Hoever is a proven sales and omnichannel expert. We are delighted to be working with him to further develop and expand our successful brand distribution. He will consistently drive forward the seamless integration of all sales and communications channels with a view to future requirements in the fashion industry. I am equally pleased to fill the position of National Head of Wholesale, which has been vacant for some time, with Kai Graf. I respect his decision to make this transition within the company and am delighted to be able to continue to rely on his sales expertise.”

At OLYMP, Peter Hoever, 56, will take over overall management of wholesale, retail and online sales, including the corporate fashion and private label business segments. He comes from the Bültel Inter-national Fashion Group in Salzbergen, Lower Saxony, where, as co-managing director, he was responsible for sales, product and brand management for the Camel Active brand, among others. In addition, he managed the entire brand portfolio, the strategic realignment of the business units, and sales channel performance. Prior to that, he spent almost 20 years with Swedish lifestyle brand GANT, where he held various management positions from 2005 onwards, progressing from Sales Manager to Managing Director for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium and the Netherlands, and finally to Managing Director for Central Europe.

From 1 January 2026, OLYMP Bezner KG’s new board of management will consist of company owner and management spokesperson Mark Bezner, 62, who is responsible for corporate strategy, finance and controlling. It will also include Heiko Ihben, 48, who holds an MBA and is responsible for brand and product management, design, marketing, visual merchandising, human resources and legal affairs. And Johann Trischberger, 48, who is responsible for production and procurement as well as corporate responsibility, internal services, logistics and IT/organisation. And finally, Peter Hoever, the new managing director for Omnichannel, who will oversee all sales activities for the fashion brand.

The men’s fashion specialist OLYMP, based in Bietigheim-Bissingen near Stuttgart, is consistently evolving from a pure shirt producer in the past to an allencompassing lifestyle brand. In addition to shirts, which remain the most important core product and benchmark for the entire brand’s expertise, masculine OLYMP casual styles with leisure shirts, overshirts, jumpers, sweatshirts, polo shirts and T-shirts now form a significant focus of its product range. For several seasons now, contemporary trou-sers have been rounding out the range below the waist. In the autumn/winter season 2025/2026, the product range has been expanded to include quilted jackets and waistcoats.
