Our path toward a shared future
Sustainability is one of the answers to the challenges of our time. It can only become a natural part of everyday life when people take responsibility. Mark Bezner, who leads the family-owned company OLYMP in its third generation, and his dedicated team have embraced this responsibility with real commitment. That’s why ecological requirements for raw materials, materials and production flow directly into our product design. What this really means will be visible on the garment itself through third-party certifications that independently verify our standards. Equally essential is taking responsibility for the people who join us on this journey; from our employees in Bietigheim-Bissingen to the people in our production facilities around the world.

Our responsibility, rooted in family tradition
Our understanding of responsibility is intertwined with our identity as a family-owned company. From the very beginning, founder Eugen Bezner was convinced of one thing when the company was established in 1951: only satisfied people create high-quality products. That belief continues to shape us today and we share this responsibility with our employees and our production partners around the world. We take this journey for our brand community across Europe, and for the children and young people we support at home and abroad through education and support projects via the OLYMP-Bezner Foundation. Their trust and commitment inspire us to keep moving forward and to continue innovating.
More about our sustainability commitment
Transparency matters to us. We regularly share what we have achieved together and where we see room for improvement with our stakeholders. Since 2018, we have published annual reports on our sustainability efforts and progress. You can view our sustainability reports for 2022, 2023 and 2024 in our archive.
To increase comparability, the current report for 2025 goes beyond the legally required framework and is aligned with the requirements of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). Our report is aimed at a specialist and expert audience — investors, trade partners, and sustainability professionals — and presents data points along the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) in a structured and transparent manner, where available.
